Fed up with being spoken to in such a rude manner by the reception staff. They always cite the pandemic as if we aren't aware of the extra pressure they have been under - we do know, but there is no excuse for rudeness , especially when dealing with people who are themselves stressed and worried about their own or a loved-one's health!

Just train receptionists to be more patient and empathetic

Doctors are good. This surgery is let down by its front reception. Most of the ladies who answer the phone are helpful. There is one in particular who is rude and sharp, contradicts her self and should not have a job here. I am clearly not alone by the number of complaints about staff here so why are they allowed to continue to be rude to patient's?

The receptionists are so rude show no compassion at all do not try to sympathise with you no help They should go on a course to learn how to talk to people who are sick.

Doctor Abela is thorough, patient and pleasant. He takes the time to listen and work with his patients rather than just rush you out of the door. The reception staff have always been friendly polite and helpful. They always go the extra mile. I find it difficult to believe some of the poorer reviews, perhaps rude, demanding "patients" wasting doctors time are the source of the problem.
